2. OVERVIEW:
The course provides an introduction into pedagogy, methodology, didactics and lessons planning for on-site training and live online training. The participants will independently plan and realize tuition in simple training scenarios in form of live online training. Furthermore, the graduates of this coures will know and have internalized criteria for "good tuition" and for "professional behaviour as on-site trainer and as live online trainer". "Good tuition" presupposes, that the trainer/teacher is able to identify, to plan and to initiate intended learning processes in learners within tuition. Therefore we set a high value on the fact that the learners also acquire competencies in the fields of "general pedagogy" and "psychology of learning" at university level.

Comprehensive, professionally supervised self-study in the LOR (with attendance record!) guarantees that all participants will have made the required practical experiences.

In the course LOT 1000 participants will acquire the basics of learning and teaching from scratch and on academical level. They will finally be able to evaluate pedagogical and didactical basic teaching principles as well as to directely apply them in their practice of live online training.

Our aim is to provide professional basic teaching knowledge comparable to the first year of the (biennial) Teacher´s Training College (e.g. "Referendariat" in Germany), but the focus in all of our trainer courses is to train teacher for the industry and to train live online.
