Cancellation Policy
Consumer Information regarding Distance Contracts about the Purchase of Goods (Services and Products):
If you visit our homepage and purchase services and/or products, that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed / freelancing occupational activity, please be aware of the following:
1. The only possible language that can be used to close a contract is German.
2. To know the essential features of our offered services and the validity period for temporary offers, please see the singular service and product descriptions in the context of our internet offers.
3. The presentation of our services and products is not a binding offer on our part. A binding offer according to § 145 BGB comes into existence as soon as you order a service or a product. In case we accept this offer, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Thereby the contract of purchase between you and us is validated.
4. In case you cause input data errors in the context of your ordering on our website, you can identify these errors in the final confirmation before the payment. You can correct the errors with help of the delete and change key at any time before you send your order.
5. If the services or products you ordered are not available, we reserve the right not to perform the service(s).
6. The prices stated in our offers are net prices, exclusive of VAT, within the Federal Republic of Germany. The respective VAT (19%, 7% etc.) will be added to the net price.
7. The purchase price is mature as soon as the order is placed. The payment for the services and products takes place via online bank transfer, bank transfer or payment in cash.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Any customer has the right to revoke his / her contractual statement within 4 weeks, without stating reasons, in writing (e.g. Letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods without stating reasons.
The period begins at the earliest with the receipt of the goods at the customer´s and he/she has received in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) an additionally issued instruction for the right of withdrawal.
For securing this period the timely posting of the withdrawal or the goods is sufficient.

Withdrawal Consequences:
In case of an effective withdrawal already received benefits have to be returned. Can the customer not or not fully or only in worse conditions return the received benefits he has to refund in that respect. When having received goods, this does not apply if:
- the worsening (or the demise) of the goods is due solely to the inspection - as it would have been possible in a shop - or
- the worsening of the goods has occured during the normal putting into use process.
Goods suitable to be shipped in a package have to be return-shipped, wherein the seller bears the risk of this shipment. The return shipment is free of charge for the customer. The sender meets the costs of the initial shipment.
This right of withdrawal does NOT exist for services and products,
- that are developed / created according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal need of the customer,
- die sich auf Grund ihrer Beschaffenheit nicht zur Rücksendung eignen,
- wenn, bei Audio- oder Videoaufzeichnungen oder Software, der versiegelte Datenträger vom Kunden entsiegelt wurde.

Das Recht auf Widerruf des Vertrages besteht unabhängig von Ihren Ansprüchen auf Gewährleistung, sofern die Ware Fehler aufweist. Sofern ein gewährleistungspflichtiger Mangel vorliegt, sind Sie im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen berechtigt, Nacherfüllung zu verlangen, von dem Vertrag zurückzutreten oder den Kaufpreis zu mindern.
9. Die für die Abwicklung des Vertrages zwischen Ihnen und uns benötigten Daten werden von uns gespeichert. Sie sind Ihnen jederzeit zugänglich. Hierbei verweisen wir auf die Regelungen zum Datenschutz in unseren AGB.
10. Wir unterliegen keinen sonstigen, vorstehend nicht erwähnten Verhaltenskodizes.
11. In allen vorstehend nicht genannten Punkten verweisen wir auf unsere Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.
